Here is the Mckenzie cake. We like to match our cakes to the personality of the lucky person getting the cake. Mckenzie's favorite things (not counting her mom) is anything girly, princesses and her blanket. We first matched the fondant to Mckenzie's favorite blanket. We topped the cake with a crown and bow both made out of fondant. Apple blossoms cover the rest of the cake and under the fondant is a chocolate cake with butter cream icing.
