Have you tried rolled buttercream?

Some people just don't like the taste of rolled fondant there is another option rolled butter cream.  There are some things you can't do with rolled butter cream that you can do with rolled fondant, you can do the simple things. This cake is covered with rolled butter cream chocolate cake with chocolate mousse inside.
